FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is received that has a manufacturing fault, Russell Mainstream Supply Limited will arrange to have the item collected and a new item sent out. Alternatively, in some cases it may be more appropriate for the customer to send back the item and Russell Mainstream Supply Limited will arrange a refund for shipping.

If the item is returned promptly (some Russell Mainstream Supply Limited products have a shelf life) and it is proven that the item received was not as described, Russell Mainstream Supply Limited will issue a product refund and a shipping refund (unless Russell Mainstream Supply Limited has arranged collection at their own expense).

SHIPPING
Items shipped to UK customers will be delivered by DPD, FedEx, UPS or Royal mail 48hr tracked.
EU countries:
We cannot accept returns from EU countries regarding customers refusal to pay import duties and charges relating to Brexit. It is the customers responsibility to determine these charges prior to placing the order. For each order received from EU countries, RMS Ltd will contact the customer via email to explain these charges prior to shipment and offer a full refund should you decide that you do not wish to proceed before shipment. Once the customer agrees for the order to be shipped, it is their full responsibility to pay these fees and if not paid, our couriers will destroy the product and no refund will be issued.
International orders will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or DHL (depending on location). All shipping is tracked. Russell Mainstream Supply Limited reserves the right to ship by another method / courier if required. Palletised shipping can be arranged on request.
In some cases, the couriers will charge Russell Mainstream Supply Limited a remote area fee if the address provided by the customer is in a remote / hard to reach area. Russell Mainstream Supply Limited will only become aware of this charge after the courier has been contacted to fulfil the order. In these rare cases, Russell Mainstream Supply Limited will contact the customer. The customer will be offered three options:
To provide Russell Mainstream Supply Limited with an alternative shipping address
To receive a full refund and cancellation of the order
To pay the remote area charge before shipment
Non delivery of orders must be notified to us within 10 working days from date of despatch, failure to notify us within this time will result in our inability to track/trace, recover or refund any missing parcels / items.
If you have trouble receiving a shipment due to customs related issues, we will accept returns but this will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This is due to the perishable nature of some of the items in our product range.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
For customers purchasing from outside of the EU, any customs / import duty charges are their sole responsibility. Russell Mainstream Supply Limited are not responsible for any extra charges after the goods leave the UK.
