Returns

You’re entitled to request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@rmsupply.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos (if applicable)

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Customs and Returns

For Non-EU Countries:

If a shipment is returned to us due to customs issues, we will accept the return but a 20% restocking fee will apply. This helps cover the cost of return shipping, administrative fees, and the perishable nature of some of our products.

For EU Countries:

Due to Brexit, customers in the EU are responsible for all import duties and charges.

Once you confirm and the order is shipped, all duties and charges are your responsibility. If these are not paid and the item is refused, the courier will destroy the package and no refund will be issued.
