• The pH knife probe has been developed for use in the food industry for the testing of frozen or semi-frozen foodstuffs.
• The stainless steel Knife protects the pH electrode from damage, but does not in any way prevent the glass sensor from effectively measuring the pH value of the sample.
• The pH Knife Probe is compatible with all makes of pH meter on the market. The sensor comes with 1 meter of cable terminating in a BNC connector. Different connectors can be supplied. Please contact us with your requirements.
